跨境电商背景下校企合作人才培养模式探析

摘　　要：跨境电商作为一种新兴的行业,吸引了大量的中小型企业加入其中,当前很多跨境电商企业处于初创期或成长期,需要解决无限的复合型人才和有限的人工成本预算之间的矛盾,但是现在很多高校的人才培养与现实需求严重脱节。本文对我国跨境电商的发展现状、跨境电商的人才培养模式、跨境电商人才与传统外贸人员之间的差别等方面进行了系统的阐述,针对我国跨境电商人才校企合作培养模式所存在的问题,提出了相应的举措。As a new industry, cross-border e-comnlerce has attracted a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises to join. Currently, many cross-border e-eomnleree companies are in the initial stage or growth stage, and need to solve unlimited composite talents and limited labor cost budget. The contradiction between them, but now the talent training of many colleges and universities is seriously out of touch with the actual needs. This paper puts forward a systematic exposition through the development status of cross- border e-eomnleree in China, the talent training mode of cross-border e-commerce, the difterenee between cross-border electric mer- chants and traditional foreign trade personnel, and the corresponding cross-border electric merchants. The problems existing in the cooperative training model have put forward corresponding measures.
