摘　　要：目的分析COOK宫颈扩张球囊联合缩宫素促进宫颈成熟和引产的效果。方法将2017年7月—2018年4月该院产科收治的具有引产指征伴宫颈不成熟产妇150例随机分为对照组(72例)和观察组(78例)。对照组采用缩宫素引产,观察组采用cook宫颈扩张球囊联合缩宫素引产,观察两组采用引产措施后的治疗有效率、引产成功率和各产程时间。结果采取引产措施后,对照组和观察组宫颈Bishop评分分别为(5.52±1.13)分和(7.31±1.01)分,均明显高于采取引产措施前,差异有统计学意义(t=4.04、12.17,P<0.01),且观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=10.24,P<0.01);治疗有效率对照组为72.22%,观察组为93.59%,观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=12.31,P<0.01);引产成功率分别为58.33%和80.77%,观察组明显高于对照组,差异统计学意义(χ~2=8.97,P<0.01);第一产程和总产程时间观察组明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=15.28、15.25,P<0.01)。结论COOK宫颈扩张球囊联合缩宫素能明显促进宫颈成熟、提高引产成功率和缩短第一产程和总产程时间。Objective To analyze the effect of COOK dilated balloon of the cervix combined with oxytocin in promoting the cervix maturation and induction of labor. Methods 150 cases of delivery women with induced labor signs with cervical immaturity admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2017 to April 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group with 72 cases used the oxytocin for induced labor, while the observation group with78 cases used the COOK dilated balloon of the cervix combined with oxytocin, and the treatment effective rate, induced labor successful rate and various labor courses of the two groups after induced labor measures were observed. Results After the induced labor measures, the cervix Bishop scores in the control group and in the observation group were respectively（5.52±1.13）points and（7.31±1.01）points, which were obviously higher than those before using the induced labor measures, and the differences were statistically significant（t= 4.04, 12.17, P0.01）, and the indicators in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（t=10.24, P 0.01）; the treatment effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（93.59% vs 72.22%）, and the difference was statistically significant（χ~2=12.31, P0.01）; and the induced labor successful rate was respectively 58.33%, 80.77%, and the index in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（χ~2=8.97, P0.01）, and the first labor course and total labor course time in the observation group were obviously shorter than those in the control group, and the differences between groups were statistically significant（t=15.28,15.25, P0.01）.
