经额外侧与双侧额下入路显微手术治疗大型嗅沟脑膜瘤的效果对比评价

摘　　要：目的探讨采用经双侧额下入路与经额外侧入路显微手术治疗大型嗅沟脑膜瘤的临床效果。方法随机将60例大型嗅沟脑膜瘤患者分为两组,分别行经双侧额下入路显微镜手术和经额外侧入路显微镜手术,比较两组效果。结果观察组的视觉改变和嗅觉改变率高于对照组(P<0.05),但是两组的精神改变比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组的肿瘤全切率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床上给予大型嗅沟脑膜瘤患者经额外侧手术治疗效果显著。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of microsurgery with bilateral subfrontal approach and extralat- eral approach in the treatment of large olfactory groove meningioma. Methods A total of 60 patients with large olfactory groove meningioma were randomly divided into two groups. They were given microsurgery bilateral subfrontal approach and extralateral approach respectively. The effects were compared between the two groups. Results The visual change rate and olfactory change rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. However, there was no difference in mental changes between the two groups（P〉0.05）; however, there was no difference in the total tumor resection rate between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Clinically, extralateral approach surgery has a significant therapeutic effect for the patients with large olfactory groove meningioma.
