基于CDIO的二元化士官生人才培养模式的探索与实践

摘　　要：随着军民融合发展以及我国士官制度改革的不断深入,定向培养士官工作在高职院校大量开展。如何在专业教育基础之上做好士官生培养?文章以电子信息工程技术专业士官生的人才培养为例,提出了基于CDOO的"军营+校园"的二元化士官生人才培养模式。With the development of army - civilian integration and the continuous deepening of the reform of non-commissionedofficers system in China, the orientation of training non-commissioned officers has been carried out in a large number of vocationalcolleges. How to train non-commissioned students on the basis of professional education？ Taking the talent training of sergeants ofelectronic information engineering technology as an example, this paper proposesa dual-educational scholastic talent training modelbased on CDOO＇s ＂military camp ＋ campus＂.
