提升高职生学习动力策略研究

摘　　要：如何应对高职院校面临生源不足及生源文化素质不断降低的双重压力,有效提升高职生学习动力,是值得高职教育工作者深入思考的问题。本文主要从提升高职生学习动力的意义、学习动力不足原因分析、提升高职生学习动力的策略等方面进行了探讨,以帮助高职生树立正确的学习观念,掌握正确的学习方法,克服不良心理障碍。With the expansion of the enrollment scale of undergraduate colleges and universities,the higher vocational colleges are facing the double pressure of lack of students and the decreasing of the cultural quality of students.How to cope with this double pressure and effectively improve the learning motivation of higher vocational students is a problem worth thinking deeply for the workers of higher vocational colleges.Some aspects are discussed such as the significance of improving the learning motivation of higher vocational students,the analysis of the reasons for the lack of motivation of learning and the strategy of improving the learning motivation of higher vocational students,in order to help the students to establish correct learning concepts,master correct learning methods and overcome the bad psychological obstacles.
