Co-evolution of Intermediary-firm Interaction and Firm’s Absorptive Capability——Based on the Case Study of Technology Small Firm

摘　　要：选取一家汽车配件制造小企业进行案例研究,分析＂中介—企业＂互动与企业知识吸收能力共同演进过程,探索它们的演化规律和相互作用机制。结果发现,＂中介—企业＂互动通过＂互动水平→企业组织柔性→企业知识学习过程→互动水平＂的循环路径,推动着企业知识吸收能力的螺旋上升。反过来,企业知识吸收能力的演进又进一步推动＂中介—企业＂互动层次和水平的演进。Through a case study of a SMES that produces Auto parts,this paper analyzes the co-evolution process of intermediary-firm interaction and firm＇s absorptive capability. And the interactive evolution mechanism of both is explored. It finds that intermediary-firm interaction promotes the spiral-up of firm＇s absorptive capability,through the cycling of＂mutual interaction→firm＇s organization flexibility→firm＇s learning process→mutual interaction＂. The other way round,firm＇s absorptive capability upgrading further causes the evolution of intermediary-firm interaction grade and level.
