摘  要:普鲁脂芬是一种重要的降血脂原料药,其制剂具有良好的疗效。高效催化剂的选择是以非诺贝酸与异丙醇为原料合成普鲁脂芬的关键环节。本文参考了近几年有关普鲁脂芬合成的论文和专利,介绍了浓硫酸、硫酸氢钠、固体超强酸、离子交换树脂等催化剂催化合成普鲁脂芬的优化条件,分析了各种催化剂的优缺点,并指出了催化剂的研究发展方向。Procetofene was a kind of important Ingredient drug for lowering blood fat, its preparation had a good curative effect. Choosing a kind of high efficient catalyst for synthesis of procetofene with fenoberic acid and isopropyl alcohol as raw materials was an important step. The papers and patents on the synthesis of procetofene in recent years were referenced, optimization conditions about the synthesis of procetofene using the catalysts, such as concentrated sulfuric acid, sodium bisulfate, solid cuper acid, ion exchange resin were introduced, the advantages and disadvantages of these catalysts were analyzed, and the direction of research and development of catalysts were pointed out.
