摘 要:唐宋涉茶诗词对茶解毒治病、驱睡提神、醒酒解酒、润肤益寿等养生功能作了生动描述。在茶道一体的中国文化语境下,茶的这些功能包蕴了道法自然、大道至简、性致中和、味通人生的养生哲学。茶道中蕴含着丰富的生命意识,借助于诗词,呈现出生生不息的美学状态。The tea-related poems in the Tang and Song dynasties vividly described the health-preserving functions oftea, such as detoxifying and treating diseases, refreshing, sobering up, moisturizing skin and promoting longevity. In the con-text of the Chinese culture containing the notion that tea and Taoism are one, these functions of tea embody the philosophy ofhealth preservation, namely that the Tao follows the nature, the greatest truths are the simplest, moderation can be seen fromtea, and flavors are just like our aspects of human life. The tea ceremony containsa rich sense of life and presents an ever-lasting aesthetic state of life through poetry.
