摘 要:要实施精益生产却无从下手,这是很多企业都会遇到的问题,所以了解自己价值流真正的状况,对于企业持续改进,实施精益生产来说是十分重要的。文章以某重型汽车公司车身厂车门区精益改善为例,在改善过程中应用价值流图析技术,对车门区进行了布局、作业、物流等方面存在的问题进行了全面分析,并进行了车门区改善方案的设计,通过实施取得良好的效果,旨在为企业提供一种基于现场的实施精益生产的有效途径和方法。希望能帮助企业在实施精益生产过程中更好的发现产生浪费的根源并消除之,以提高企业的竞争力。Enterprises can't fmd ways and means to implement lean production. This is an issue that many enterprises will encounter. Therefore, understanding the exact state of their value stream is very important for the continuous improvement of enterprises and the implementation of lean production. Taking the lean improvement of the door area of a heavy-duty automobile company as an example, this paper applies the value stream analysis technology in the improvement process, and comprehensively analyzes the problems in the layout, operation and logistics of the door area, and designed an improvement project. The design of the district improvement program has achieved excellent results through implementation, aiming to provide enterprises with an effective way and method for implementing lean production based on the field. It is hope that it and help enterprises better discover the root causes of waste and eliminate them in the process of implementing lean production, so as to improve the competitiveness of enterprises
