摘　　要：根据国家级住院医师规范化培训的标准,介绍军队某医院开展住院医师规范化培训的主要做法及特点,包括构建组织架构、建立规章制度、加强军地协作、提高规培基地水平、规范过程管理、强化监督考核等;分析现阶段在学科设置、师资力量、考核方式、监督力度、任务落实等方面面临的矛盾和问题,并提出几点思考。According to the standards of national standardized training for residents, this paper introduces the main practices and characteristics of the standardized training for residents in a military hospital, including establishing organizational structure, formulating rules and regulations, enhancing military and civilian cooperation, improving the level of training bases, standardizing process management, and strengthening supervision and evaluation. It also analyzes the contradictions and problems existing in discipline setting, faculty resources, assessment methods, supervision intensity, and task implementation at the present stage, and puts forward some reflections accordingly.
