自凝树脂暂基托在全口义齿修复中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨自凝树脂暂基托在全口义齿修复中的应用效果。方法:收治需要进行全口义齿修复的患者76例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组患者实施传统修复治疗,观察组患者实施自凝树脂暂基托全口义齿修复。结果:观察组患者的义齿修复成功率、修复满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用自凝树脂暂基托进行全口义齿的修复能够显著提高全口义齿的咀嚼能力、稳定性、吸附力等方面的治疗效果。Objective：To explore the application effect of self curing resin temporary base denture in complete denture restoration.Methods：76 patients who needed complete denture repair were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 38 cases in each.The control group was treated with traditional repair,and the patients in the observation group implemented the complete denture repair with the self condensing resin temporary denture.Results：The success rate of prosthetic restoration and satisfaction degree of repair in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The repair of full denture with self condensing resin temporary denture can improve the curative effect of the masticatory ability,stability and absorbability of full denture.
