摘　　要：目的:探讨急性大动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死患者血清CRP、Hcy的表达情况。方法:收治急性大动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死患者50例为试验组,选择健康体检者50例为对照组,比较两组血清CRP、Hcy水平。结果:试验组CRP、Hcy水平与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且试验组神经功能缺损级别越低、ITM值越低,CRP、Hcy水平越低。结论:血清CRP、Hcy水平和机体神经功能缺损程度、ITM呈正向关联,更为直观地体现病情程度。Objective：To explore the expression of serum CRP and Hcy in patients with acute large atherosclerotic cerebral infarction.Methods：50 patients with acute large atherosclerotic cerebral infarction were selected as the experimental group,50 healthy subjects were selected as the control group,we compared the serum levels of CRP and Hcy in the two groups.Results：The levels of CRP and Hcy in the experimental group were significantly different from those in the control group（P〈0.05）,and the lower the neurological impairment level of the experimental group,the lower the level of CRP and Hcy.The levels of CRP and Hcy in the experimental group were significantly different from those in the control group（P〈0.05）,and the lower the ITM value of the experimental group,the lower the level of CRP and Hcy.Conclusion：The levels of serum CRP and Hcy were positively correlated with the degree of neurological deficit and ITM,which can more directly reflect the degree of illness.
