摘　　要：目的:探讨脑电生物反馈治疗康复期精神分裂症伴发焦虑的疗效。方法:收治康复期精神分裂症伴发焦虑患者80例,分成观察组和对照组,各40例。观察组在抗精神病药物维持治疗基础上联合脑电生物反馈治疗;对照组给予抗精神病药物维持治疗。结果:观察组焦虑状态缓解明显比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:脑电生物反馈治疗能有效缓解康复期精神分裂症患者的焦虑状态,从而减轻心理压力,疗效明显。Objective：To explore the efficacy of EEG biofeedback in the treatment of schizophrenia with anxiety during rehabilitation.Methods：80 schizophrenic patients with anxiety in rehabilitation period were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with antipsychotic drug maintenance therapy combined with EEG biofeedback therapy,while the control group was given antipsychotic maintenance treatment.Results：The anxiety state of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：EEG biofeedback therapy can effectively alleviate the anxiety state of patients with schizophrenia in rehabilitation period,thereby reducing psychological pressure and the curative effect is obvious.
