内蒙古中小企业吸纳就业能力的SWOT分析

摘　　要：中小企业是经济发展的重要支柱之一,促进中小企业的发展、拓宽就业渠道,是实现社会经济可持续发展的重要战略举措。尤其是在内蒙古这样一个劳动力资源丰富、劳动力供给远大于需求、就业结构性矛盾突出的欠发达少数民族地区,进行内蒙古中小企业的SWOT分析,并在此基础上制定相应政策,提升中小企业吸纳劳动力的能力,对于促进内蒙古经济的发展、提高就业水平具有重要现实意义。SMEs is one of the leading backbone of economy and it＇ s universally recognized that the contribution to society development and employment of SMEs is obvious and irreplaceable. Thus, supporting the development of SMEs and creating more employment opportunities is the strategic choice to achieve the sustainable development of social economy and also to construct a harmonious, stable and progressive society, especially in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, which is a relatively backward minority area. The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is abundant in labor, but supply overwhehns demand and employment structural contradiction is serious too. This essay carried out an investigation about the SWOT analysis of SMEs in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and advocate relevant policies on the development of SMEs on their competence of creating more iob opportunities, which is significant in pushing the economic development and enhancing employment level of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
