摘  要:"一带一路"背景下广西高校英语教师专业发展关系到国际化英语人才培养的质量,构建合理完善的高校英语教师专业发展环境评价体系及模型对促进高校英语教师专业发展具有重要意义。文章通过理论遴选和专家问卷建立评价指标体系,并运用层次分析法,构建出评价模型,该模型由总目标层A,评价综合层B和评价因子层C三个层次构成,其中评价综合层B包括个人环境、校园环境和社会环境,评价因子层C共28个指标构成。English teachers' professional development of Guangxi Universities related to the internationalization of English talents’cultivation,to establish a reasonable and perfect college English teachers’ professional development environment evaluation system and model has important significance for promoting college English teachers’ professional development under the “Belt and Road”background. The evaluation index system is established through theoretical selection and expert questionnaire,and an evaluation model is constructed by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The model is composed of three levels,the total target layer A,the evaluation comprehensive layer B and the evaluation factor layer C,among which the evaluation comprehensive layer B includes the individual environment,the campus environment and the social environment,and the evaluation factors. Layer C consists of 28 indexes.
