摘 要:目的探讨利奈唑胺和万古霉素治疗儿童肺炎的疗效。方法回顾性调查2014年2月至2017年8月在我院住院的患儿32例,其中使用利奈唑胺治疗16例,使用万古霉素治疗16例,根据抗生素使用情况分为利奈唑胺组(L组)和万古霉素组(W组)。两组除抗生素治疗均采用雾化、化痰及扣背、鼓励咳痰和体位引流等治疗。通过临床症状、检验结果评价分析两组药物的临床疗效和安全性。结果两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义,利奈唑胺组(L组)治愈率显著优于万古霉素组(W组)。两组发病至使用药物治疗时间无明显差别,利奈唑胺组(L组)白细胞恢复时间、CRP恢复时间显著优于万古霉素组(W组)。利奈唑胺组(L组)痰培养2例,均无细菌生长,万古霉素组(W组)痰培养3例,其中阳性1例,为金黄色葡萄球菌,培养结果阳性者经万古霉素治疗后显效。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论利奈唑胺治疗儿童肺炎疗效肯定、安全,患儿恢复快,可作为儿童细菌性肺炎治疗药物之一。Objective To explore the efficacy of linnezolamide and vancomycin in the treatment of children pneumonia. Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 32 cases of children pneumonia hospitalized in our hospital from February 2014 to August 2017. They were divided into groups of liniazolamide(L group) and vancomycin group(W group),and 16 cases were treated with lineazolamide and 16 cases were treated with vancomycin. Both groups were treated with atomization,phlegm and knocking back,encouraging expectoration and postural drainage. The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were evaluated by clinical symptoms and test results. Results There was no statistically significant difference of total effective rate between the two groups. The cure rate of lineazolamide group(L group) was significantly better than that of vancomycin group(W group). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the treatment time. The recovery time of white blood cell count and recovery time of CRP of the lyonazolamide group(L group) were significantly better than that of vancomycin group(W group). No bacterial growth was found in 2 cases of sputum culture of linnazole group(L group). There were 3 cases of sputum culture of vancomycin group(W group),one of which was positive for staphylococcus aureus. The positive results were obtained after the treatment of vancomycin. No obvious adverse reactions were found in both groups.Conclusion It is efficacy and safety of linnezolamide in the treatment of children with pneumonia,and the children recover quickly. It can be used as a treatment for children bacterial pneumonia.
