摘　　要："双一流"背景下,高校创新创业人才的培养要实现内涵式发展需要进行再认识。从内涵入手,分析培养过程中的观念和实践方面的问题,并尝试提出针对性的建议,深化创新理念、强化实践相融,完善评价机制和多方协调体系等,从各个方面深化推进改革,帮助做好这一人才培养工作。Under the background of＂Double-First Class＂,it is necessary to re-understand the cultivation of creative talents in colleges to achieve the connotative development.Starting from the connotation,the article analyzes the ideas and practices problems in the process of cultivation,then tries to put forward specific suggestions,deepen the innovative ideas,strengthen the integration of practices,improve the evaluation mechanism and multiparty coordination system and deepen the reform from all aspects.Help to do a good job in this talent training.
