摘 要:提出了一种分支数更少、结构更简单的新型机械无级变速器方案,阐明了其通过非圆齿轮和差动机构组合实现无级变速的原理和动力传递路线,推导了不同设计参数的传动比计算通式,通过在非圆齿轮对传动比函数的非线性部分采用正弦(余弦)曲线,解决了非圆齿轮节曲线有尖点、不连续的问题,又避免了繁杂的修形工作,为此类非圆齿轮差动无级变速传动设计提供了实例参考和理论指导。In this paper, a new scheme of the mechanical infinitely-variable transmission with fewer branches and a simple structure is proposed. Both the principle and power-transmission path for infinite variation based on the combination of non-circular gears and differential mechanism are illustrated. Moreover, the calculation formula of the transmission ratio for different design parameters is deduced. Then, the sine(cosine) curve is adopted in the non-linear section of the non-circular gear transmission ratio function. This has solved the problem-the pitch curve of non-circular gears, discontinuous as it is, has cusps, and has avoided such difficulties as complex modification. Thereby, it provides reference and theoretical guidance for the design of the differential infinitely variable transmission with non-circular gears.
