摘　　要：新时代推动民营经济高质量发展,对于全面建成小康社会和建设社会主义现代化国家具有重要战略意义。推动民营经济高质量发展,面临市场准入壁垒高、转型升级难、融资难和融资贵、制度环境和市场环境不佳等难点。下一步,应进一步放宽民营企业的市场准入,大力拓展民间投资的发展空间;大幅提升民营经济转型升级高质量发展的能力;降低实体经济成本,助力民营企业摆脱融资困境;构建"亲""清"新型政商关系,持续优化营商环境;强化政策措施落实,增强民营企业"获得感",提振民营企业家信心。Promoting the high-quality development of private economy in the new era is of great strategic significance for building a well-off society in an all-round way and building a socialist modernization country. In the process of promoting the high-quality development of private economy, we are faced with such difficulties as high barriers to market access, difficult transformation and upgrading, difficult financing and expensive financing, and poor institutional and market environment. Next, we should further relax the market access of private enterprises, vigorously expand the development space of private investment, substantially enhance the ability of private economy to transform and upgrade high-quality development, reduce the real economic costs, help private enterprises to get rid of financing difficulties, build a new relationship between government and businessmen, and continuously optimize the business environment. The implementation of policies and measures should be strengthened to enhance the sense of ＂sense of acquisition＂ of private enterprises and boost the confidence of private entrepreneurs.
