摘　　要：患者男,32岁。头皮皮疹1年。皮肤科情况:头皮见大片状的浸润性红色结节、斑块,表面光滑无鳞屑,质韧,无压痛,无糜烂、渗出及溃疡。皮损组织病理示:在真皮浅层见大量的血管腔隙组成的小叶团块。血管腔大小不等(条索状),内衬的内皮细胞大而圆,胞浆丰富,胞核椭圆并呈空泡化。血管周围有程度不等的淋巴细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞等炎症细胞浸润。诊断:上皮样血管瘤。A 32-years-old male presented with nodules on the head for 1 year. Physical examination showed skin-colored infiltrated large nodules and plaques with uneven texture on the head without tenderness,scale,erosion or ulcer. The histopathological examination showed epidermal hyperkeratosis,dilatation of the vessels in the upper dermis,hyperproliferative capillaries in the upper and middle dermis. Swollen endothelial cells protruded into the lumen of blood vessels. There were some lymphocytes,histiocytes and sparse eosinophils around the blood vessels,lymphatic vessels and appendages. The diagnosis of epithelioid hemangioma was made.
