摘 要:通过对1400名浙江省生源本科新生进行问卷调查,分析了新高考改革政策感知与大学生专业承诺之间的影响关系以及专业决策自我效能、学习动机的中介效应。结果表明,新高考改革政策感知对大学生专业承诺、专业决策自我效能、学习动机均具有显著正向影响;专业决策自我效能、学习动机在新高考改革政策感知影响大学生专业承诺过程中均起到部分中介作用。建议在微观层面提升学生专业决策自我效能与学习动机,在中观层面加强利益相关群体对政策的了解和认同,在宏观层面进一步完善新高考改革政策。We conducted the questionaire survey on 1400 freshmen from Zhejiang Province to explore the relationship between the new college entrance examination reform policy and college students' professional commitment, and the mediating effect of professional decision-making self-efficacy and learning motivation. The results show that the new college entrance examination reform policy have positive influence on college student's professional commitment, professional decision-making self-efficacy and learning motivation; professional decision-making self-efficacy and learning motivation play the partly mediating role in the relation between the new college entrance examination policy and college students' professional commitment. This paper suggests improving professional decision-making self-efficacy and learning motivation on the micro level, strengthening stakeholders' understanding and identity to the policy on the middle level, improving the content of the policy on the macro level.
