摘  要:目的建立果冻中8种合成色素(柠檬黄、苋菜红、靛蓝、胭脂红、日落黄、诱惑红、亮蓝、赤藓红)的阴离子交换反相固相萃取-高效液相色谱测定法。方法样品经水超声处理提取,过Pro Elut PWA-2混合型弱阴离子交换反相固相萃取柱净化,采用C18色谱柱分离,以甲醇-0. 02 mol/L乙酸铵为流动相梯度洗脱,流速为1. 0 ml/min,检测波长为430 nm、480 nm、510 nm和620 nm。结果 8种人工合成色素线性相关系数均为0. 9999,检出限为0. 002~0. 009 mg/kg,加标回收率为81. 2%~102%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1. 09%~2. 19%。结论该法准确度好,灵敏度高,简单方便,适合果冻中人工合成色素的日常检测。Objective To establish an anion exchange reversed -solid phase extraction (SPE) and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of 8 synthetic colorants including tartrazine, amaranth, indigo, carmine, sunset yellow, lure red, bfght blue and erythrosine in jelly. Methods The colorants in samples were extracted with water ultrasonically, then purified with ProElut PWA -2 SPE cartridge, and finally separated with C18 column using gradient elution. The mobile phase was consisted of methanol and 0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate with a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelengths were set as 430 nm, 480 nm, 510 nm and 620 rtm. Results The eight synthetic colorants all had correlation coefficients of 0. 9999 with the limits of detection (LODs) ranging from9. 002 mg/kg to 0. 009 mg/kg, and the recovery rates were from 81.2% to 102%. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of the method were in the range of 1.09% and 2.19%. Conclusion The method is accurate, sensitive, simple, convenient and suitable for detection of synthetic colorants in jelly.
