摘　　要：改革开放40年来,伴随经济体制、财税体制、教育体制的改革,作为教育财政制度组成部分的教育经费投入制度不断改革,形成了符合教育服务性质和国情的、以政府投入为主、多渠道投入的教育经费投入制度,支持了我国教育的快速发展。今后将以制度规范保障政府和社会教育经费的投入。This year marks the 40 th anniversary of China＇s reform and opening-up. With the reform of China＇seconomic system,fiscal and taxation system,and education system,the education funding system,which is an integralpart of the education and financial system,has been continuously reformed,forming a policy that is in line with the natureof education services and national conditions. The system of government investment and multi-channel investment ineducation funds has supported the rapid development of education in China. In the future,the government and socialeducation funding will be guaranteed by institutional norms.
