摘　　要：风险沟通与危机沟通是既有区别又有联系的概念。本文系统地梳理了学术界关于风险沟通和危机沟通的相关研究,分析了二者之间的区别和联系,并介绍了危机与突发事件风险沟通的整合模式,以便能够对我国突发性公共安全事件的预防、处置以及危机管理的相关研究和实践有所助益。Risk communication and crisis communication are both different and related concepts. This paper reviews the researches about risk communication and crisis communication, analyzes the differences and linkages between the two, and introduces crisis and emergency risk communication as an integrative model, so it could benefit the prevention and treatment of emergent public security events for researchers and practitioners.
