中药足浴在硼替佐米所致多发性骨髓瘤患者周围神经病变中的应用效果

摘　　要：【目的】观察中药足浴对化疗药硼替佐米（商品名万珂）所致多发性骨髓瘤（MM）患者周围神经病变（PN）的临床疗效。【方法】选择2015年6月至2017年7月于本院接受治疗的60例万珂所致PN的MM患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组各30例，对照组予以常规护理干预辅以腺苷钴铵1．5mg肌内注射，每日一次；观察组在对照组的基础上联合中药足浴。比较两组患者干预前后临床症状的总有效率和腓总神经、胫神经的运动神经传导速度（MNCV）及腓浅神经的感觉神经传导速度（SNCV）。【结果】治疗后，观察组总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）；两组的腓总神经和胫神经的MNCV及腓浅神经的sNcV均较治疗前显著上升（P〈0．05），且观察组显著高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。【结论】中药足浴对万珂所致MM患者PN具有良好的疗效，能够提高神经传导速度。[Objective]To observe the clinical effect of the traditional Chinese medicine foot bath on the Peripheral Neuropathy （PN） caused by veleade （Trade name： Wanke） in multiple myeloma （MM） patients. [Methods]Sixty cases of MM patients with PN caused by velcade were divided into control group and intervention group with 30 cases in each group by the random number table method. The control group was given with routine intervention and intramuscular injection of adenosine cobalt ammonium, （1.5mg/d, qd）. The intervention group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath based on the common nursing therapy of the control group. The significant efficiency, the total efficiency ,the motor nerve conduction velocity （MNCV） of the common peroneal nerve and tibial nerve, the sensory nerve conduction velocity （SNCV） of superficial pero- neal nerve were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. [Results]After treatment, the total effective rate in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group （ P〈0.05）. The MNCV of common peroneal nerve and tibial nerve and the SNCV of superficial peroneal nerve in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment （ P 〈0.05）, and the intervention group was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05）.[Conclu- sion]Chinese medicine foot bath has good curative effect on PN of MM patients caused by velcade （Wanke）, and can improve nerve conduction velocity.
