摘 要:阿霉素作为一种广谱抗肿瘤药物,目前临床上广泛用于多种恶性肿瘤的化疗,但因其系统毒性特别是心脏毒性较为严重而被限制使用。近年来阿霉素靶向给药系统的研究方兴未艾。靶向给药可以提高阿霉素在病灶部位的分布,降低外周药物浓度及毒副作用。本文就阿霉素靶向制剂的新进展进行综述。Doxorubicin is one of the broad-spectrum antitumor drugs, which is widely used in the chemotherapy for diverse therioma. Application of doxorubicin is restricted because of its systemic toxicity, especially its cardiac toxicity. In recent years, considerable progress has been made in the research and development of targeted drug delivery system of doxorubicin. Targeted drug delivery system can deliver the anti-tumor drug into the tumor efficiently, elevate drug concentration in tumor tissues and reduce the drug distribution in normal tissues. This article reviewed the progress in doxorubicin targeted drug delivery system, and summarized the development of targeted drug delivery system of doxorubicin.
