摘 要:三峡水电站15号机组为国内首台采用组合蜗壳埋设方式的巨型机组,其研究方法及运行状况备受关注.结合机组充水调试及运行初期的监测资料,采用三维有限元法对相关监测参数进行反馈分析,验证设计方案、研究方法及监测结果的合理性.研究表明:采用增量法对某一条件下的增量进行反馈对比分析是合理且有效的;采用线弹性材料模型的计算结果与实测结果规律一致,数值接近,说明机组外围混凝土及钢部件在运行期都处于弹性材料行为的设计状态;计算结果与监测结果的良好对比性说明监测成果可信,设计方案及研究方法合理.The Three Gorges Power Station unit No.15 is the first domestic giant unit with combinatorial embedding methods of spiral case,much attention has been paid to the research method and operation condition.In order to verify the rationality of the design,research methods and monitoring results,the feedback analysis of related monitoring parameters is carried out by using three-dimensional finite element method based on monitoring data of the unit water filling and operating period in the early years.The results show that feedback comparison analysis of increment under a certain condition by using increment method is reasonable and effective;the laws of calculation results by using the linear elastic material model and measured results is accordance;and the figure are almost the same.It is shown that peripheral concrete and steel components are all in the design of the elastic material behavior in run time.According to monitoring results,calculation results are reliable;the research methods and design scheme are reasonable.
