摘 要:证候是中医辨证论治和临床诊疗的核心,证实质研究是中医关键的科学问题和中医药现代化进程中的重要环节。组学技术作为当前研究复杂生物系统强有力的工具,为证实质的研究提供了一种新的思路,将组学技术引入证实质研究,可以更好的阐释证候的实质,使证候得到客观、定量的描述。近年来中医证实质的研究发展迅速,但大多局限于单一组学技术的初步分析,缺乏对各组学信息整合的相互印证,证候的科学内涵尚未明确阐释。针对各组学技术对中医证实质研究不断积累的海量数据,中医证实质的研究需要从系统生物学的理念出发,运用生物信息学分析技术、数学、统计学等方法,对证候不同组学信息进行整合分析,从不同层面上探讨和相互印证中医证的科学内涵,计算并建立证候的诊断模型。Syndromes is the core of TCM syndrome differentiation and clinical diagnosis and treatment. The research of syndrome biological foundation is the key scientific question of TCM and the important link in the modernization process of TCM. Omics technology as a powerful tool in current research of complex biological systems, that provides a new way to study the syndrome biological foundation. We can better elucidate the biological foundation of the syndrome by using omics technology, and the syndrome can be described objectively and quantitatively. In recent years, the research of TCM syndrome biological foundation has developed rapidly, but most are limited to the primary analysis of single omics technology, lack of mutual corroboration of information integration of each group, and the scientific connotation of syndrome has not yet been clearly explained. For the mass data, the study of TCM syndrome biological foundation rely on the concept of systems biology, bioinformatics analysis technology, mathematical and statistical methods, different syndrome proteornics information integration analysis, discuss and corroborat the scientific connotation of TCM from different levels of diagnosis, calculate and establish the model of syndrome.
