摘 要:目的:应用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术研究婴儿巨细胞病毒(CMV)肝炎脾虚湿困证的代谢组学特征。方法:选取婴儿CMV肝炎脾虚湿困证患儿和同期正常儿童各20例,分别设为疾病组和正常组,应用GC-MS技术对受试者血浆、尿液进行检测,筛选疾病组的差异性代谢物,寻找相关代谢通路。结果:疾病组与正常组的血浆、尿液代谢产物具有明显差异,筛选出27个差异性代谢物,找到10条代谢通路,主要涉及氨基酸代谢紊乱。结论:基于GC-MS的代谢组学方法可以区分疾病组与正常组,筛选出的差异性代谢物可能是表征婴儿CMV肝炎脾虚湿困证的诊断标志物。Objective: To explore the metabolomic profile of infantile cytomegalovirus (CMV) hepatitis with the syndrome of dampness stagnancy due to spleen deficiency by the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Methods: Twenty children of CMV hepatitis with the syndrome of dampness stagnancy due to spleen deficiency and twenty healthy children in the same period were recruited as the disease group and the normal group, respectively. GC-MS was used to detect the plasma and urine of subjects, Differential metabolites in disease group were screened and the related metabolic pathways were explored. Results: The plasma and urine metabolites of the disease group and the normal group were significantly different. Twenty-seven differential metaboliteswere identified and ten metabolic pathways were found, which mainly related to amino acid metabolism disorders. Conclusion: The metabolites identified based on GC-MS analysis can distinguish the disease group from the normal group. The different metabolites may be the potential biomarkers of CMV hepatitis with the syndrome of dampness stagnancy due to spleen deficiency.
