摘 要:为提高动车组防滑系统的设计与验证效率,运用硬件在环仿真技术,提出一种基于测试环境仿真建模模拟的防滑系统半实物仿真测试方法。在介绍防滑系统工作原理的基础上,建立了气路控制单元、车辆动力学及轮轨粘着等防滑测试环境仿真模型,完成了防滑系统硬件在环仿真测试平台的搭建,开展了动车组防滑系统仿真测试,并将结果与线路测试结果对比分析,证明了防滑系统硬件在环仿真测试平台的测试有效性,该平台的有效性评价指标均满足行业标准要求。In order to improve the efficiency of the design and verification of antiskid system, a simulation test method of antiskid system by using the hardware-in-the-oop simulation technology was proposed. The working principle of antiskid system was introduced, and the air control unit model, vehicle dynamics model and wheel rail adhesion model for antiskid system test were established. Hardware-in-the-loop simulation test platform for antiskid system was set up, and a simulation test for EMUs antiskid system was carried out. The results were compared with the test results. The test result proved the test validity of antiskid system hardware-in-the-loop simulation test platform, the evaluation indexes of effectiveness validation for test platform satisfied the requirements of industry standards.
