摘　　要：动物辅助干预是在人的健康、教育和公众服务中,借助动物进行的有目标、有组织的干预。根据干预目标和应用条件不同,动物辅助干预在自闭症儿童康复中的应用涉及狗、马、豚鼠、海豚等多种动物类型。大量实证研究表明,动物辅助干预对自闭症儿童的核心症状和其他症状(高压、情绪、问题行为和运动能力)均有不同程度的改善作用。应当充分认识和利用动物辅助干预在自闭症儿童康复中的独特价值,促进自闭症儿童发展。Animal-assisted intervention （AAI） is a targeted and organized intervention with animals in human health, education and hmnan services. Depending on different goals and conditions, AM for autism spectrum disorder （ASD） involves different animal species, such as dogs, horses, guinea pigs, and dolphins. Many em- pirical researches indicate that AAI can to a certain degree improve the core symptoms of children with ASD, as well as other symptoms, like high pressure, emotions, problem behaviors, and motor skills. It is supposed to have a complete understanding of the unique value of AM, and put it to good use in the rehabilitation of children with ASD to promote their development.
