硫糖铝和泮托拉唑对ICU脑卒中患者发生应激性溃疡及抗生素相关性腹泻的对照观察

摘　　要：目的比较硫糖铝和泮托拉唑对ICU脑卒中患者发生应激性溃疡及继发抗生素相关性腹泻的影响。方法回顾性收集徐州市中心医院急诊ICU治疗脑卒中过程中应用硫糖铝或泮托拉唑的病例。将应用硫糖铝混悬液纳为试验组，将应用泮托拉唑纳为对照组；比较2组患者应激性溃疡预防效果、抗生素相关性腹泻的发病率的差异以及ICU住院时间的差异。结果2组患者应激性溃疡的发病率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；抗生素相关性腹泻发生率对照组高于试验组且差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），试验组ICU住院时间低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论硫糖铝混悬液相对于泮托拉唑有效降低抗生素相关性腹泻发生率。Objective To compare the effects of sucralfate suspension and pantoprazole on stress ulcers in patients with stroke in ICU. Methods Retrospective data of patients receiving sucralfate suspension or pantoprazole in the treat- ment of stroke in emergency ICU in Xuzhou Central Hospital were collected. The patients receiving sucralfate suspension was taken as the experimental group and patients receiving pantonolazona served as the control group. The preventive effect of stress ulcer, the incidence of antibiotic - associated diarrhea and time of hospitalization in ICU were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of stress ulcer between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. The incidence of antibiotic - associated diarrhea in the control group was higher than that in the ex- perimental group and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. The time of hospitalization in ICU in the ex- perimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Sucralfate suspension is more effective in reducing the incidence of antibiotic - associated diarrhea com- pared with pantoprazole.
