依法落实高校人事自主权现状和改革设想——基于福建省内高校的调查分析

摘　　要：采用问卷调查法,选取福建省内19所院校作为调查对象。通过需求和自主程度进行比较,分析了人事自主权落实的现状,并了解福建省内各高校对人事自主权的想法和建议,从4个方面提出了依法落实高校人事自主权的改革设想。The questionnaire survey is used in this paper. 19 universities in Fujian Province are chosen as thesubjects. Through degree of demand and autonomy comparison, the paper shows the present situation ofimplementation of personal autonomy. It explores the universities＇ comments and suggestions about personalautonomy. Finally, reform assumption of the implementation of personal autonomy is put forward from 4 perspectivesaccording to the law.
