摘 要:以采用自力式压力调节阀的全电泵润滑油系统为例,根据主油泵、蓄能器、自力式压力调节阀及轴承等相关元件的特征方程和设计参数,利用Flowmaster软件建立了全电泵润滑油系统的动态仿真模型,确定了主辅油泵切换过程中主辅油泵本身参数、自力式压力调节阀参数以及蓄能器放油过程参数的变化规律,分析了有无蓄能器对系统节点压力、自力式压力调节阀开度和动作时间的影响,以定量分析手段获得了油泵切换过程中各参数的变化规律。仿真模型输入参数可靠、关键工况的仿真结果与试验数据基本吻合,可以认为仿真模型计算精度满足工程设计要求,为全电泵润滑油系统的设计和故障诊断提供了数据支撑。According to characteristic equations and design parameters of main oil pump,accumulator,self-acting pressure regulating valve and bearings,a dynamic simulation model of full electric pump lubricating oil system was established,such as a full-electric pump lubricating oil system with self-acting pressure regulating valve. In the switching process of main pump and auxiliary pump,the parameters variation rule of main pump,auxiliary pump,self-acting pressure regulating valve and accumulator was confirmed. System node pressure,self-acting pressure regulating valve opening and action time were impacted,whether or not accumulator. The parameters variation rule were obtained in the switching process of main pump and auxiliary pump,using quantitative analysis method. The input parameters of simulation model is reliable,and the simulation results of key conditions are in good agreement with actual situation. The calculation accuracy of simulation model meet engineering requirements. It provided data support for the design and troubleshooting of full electric pump lubricating oil system.
