摘 要:教师职业从无到有,从不成熟发展到成熟,这期间也伴随着古代教师的成长历程。如果从历代名家名师的观点、从教师自我发展的角度、从社会历史环境三方面考察,古代教师的成长方式主要有诵读经典、修身养性、教学相长等,相对于现代教师来说,这些传统的教师成长方式有其积极的一面,也有其消极的一面,我们可以有效利用,为当下的教师成长服务。The ancient teacher career has not arrived,never mature to mature,during this period accompanied by the development of the ancient teachers.Respectively from the point of view of past dynasties famous masters,from the perspective of teachers'self development,from the social history environment from three aspects,ancient teachers'growth ways mainly include reading classic,cultivate one's morality raises a gender,teaching is learning,etc.For modern teachers,these traditional teachers have a positive side and a negative side.We can use them effectively to serve our teachers.
