摘　　要：针对YB55小包透明纸包装机的静电消除能力不足的问题,对YB55的静电产生原因及静电消除方法进行分析,提出了一种新的烟用包装膜静电消除方法,从离线静电消除和在线静电消除两个方面来解决该问题。离线静电消除器由离子风机及金属板组成,在线静电消除器由高压电源与离子风棒组成。利用尖端放电原理,装置在高压电极针的作用下将空气电离,吹到透明纸薄膜表面,从而消除静电。该静电消除方法在湛江卷烟厂卷接包车间进行了测试,测试结果表明:该静电消除方法能有效消除静电过大对透明纸薄膜成型效果的影响,有效提高了设备运行效率。A new method is developed on the basis of the study of the generation of static electricity and the method of eliminating static electricity of YB55 cigarette packer.The new method eliminates static electricity by offline eliminator and online eliminator.The offline eliminator consist of the medal plant and ionizer,and the online eliminator consist of high-voltage power and ionizer.The device ionize air under the action of the electrode needle of high voltage,then blow the ionized air into the wrapper for electrostatic elimination.
