摘 要:有效的考核评价体系既能评估学生理论知识的熟知程度,又能测验其实践的熟练程度;既能约束教学过程各环节,又能为教学管理提供有效的意见反馈,进而帮助教学管理者迅速优化教学内容,提高教学质量。文章基于工作过程的任务激励、积财富值冲关趣味考核机制,把工作过程中的任务趣味化,在每一任务环节设置一定的财富值及勋章奖励,从而调动学生积极性,更好地发挥考核在教学过程中的引导与鼓励、反馈与调整作用。The excellent appraisal system in vocational colleges is the system which will evaluate not only stu-dents' knowledge level but also their skillful qualifications. The paper proposes that an attractive appraisal mechanism of task incentive and wealth accumulation based on working process will be constructed in vocational colleges which fo- cuses on setting interesting tasks and wealth accumulation range for students as their appraisal and examination mecha-nism, tending to arouse students' interest to take part in teaching activities and practical training.
