高校基层服务型党组织建设探析——以湖南农业大学为例

摘　　要：马克思主义政党理论为基层服务型党组织建设提供了理论依据。高校加强基层服务型党组织建设意义重大。当前,高校基层服务型党组织建设存在服务意识不强、服务能力不足、服务思路不宽、服务机制不全等问题,湖南农业大学党委坚持把握基层服务型党组织建设的基本内涵,以办人民满意的高等教育为总目标,紧紧围绕立德树人根本任务,发挥自身优势,从创新服务理念、提高服务能力、拓展服务平台、健全服务机制四个方面,在基层服务型党组织建设中进行了实践探索,以期为高校基层服务型党组织建设提供有益借鉴。Marxist political party theory provides a theoretical basis for the construction of primary-level service-oriented party organization. It is of great significance to build primary-level service-oriented party organization in colleges and universities. At present, there exist the problems of weak service consciousness, inadequate service capacity, insufficiency of service ideas and incomplete service mechanisms during the construction of primary-level service-oriented party organization in colleges and universities. Insisting on the basic connotation of the construction of the primary-level service-oriented party organization, and aiming at developing higher education which people are satisfied with, and taking fostering integrity and promoting rouded development of people as the fundamental task of education, CPC Hunan Agricultural University Committee carries out practical explorations with its own advantages in the construction of primary-level service-oriented party organization from the aspects of service concepts innovation, service capabilities facilitation, service platforms expansion, and service mechanisms perfection, and it hopes to provide beneficial reference to the construction of the primary-level service-oriented party organization in colleges and universities.
