摘　　要：目的研究还原型谷胱甘肽对顺铂化疗方案治疗非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的肾毒性损伤影响。方法选择我院2016年2月至2017年6月收治的104例晚期NSCLC患者,采用随机数字法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组52例。对照组患者接受以顺铂为主的化疗方案治疗,在此基础上,观察组患者给予还原型谷胱甘肽治疗。比较两组患者的近期化疗总有效率及化疗前后的肝功能和肾功能指标。结果观察组患者的RR高于对照组(36.54%vs.19.23%,P=0.04);化疗后,观察组的ALT、AST、ALP、尿β_2-MG、BUN、Scr、CysC、NGAL水平均低于对照组(P <0.01),血Mg^(2+)水平明显高于对照组(P <0.01)。结论还原型谷胱甘肽能明显减轻顺铂化疗方案治疗NSCLC的肝肾毒性,值得在临床推广。Objective To study the effect of reduced glutathione on nephrotoxic injury of cisplatin chemotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）. Methods Totally 104 patients with advanced NSCLC in our hospital from February 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Patients in control group were treated with cisplatin regimen,and the patients in observation group were treated with reduced glutathione in addition to the cisplatin regimen. The total effect rate of short-term chemotherapy and the indexes of liver and kidney function before and after chemotherapy were compared. Results The RR in observation group was higher than that in control group （ 36. 54 % vs. 19. 23 % , P - 0. 04 ） , and the levels of ALT, AST, ALP, urine β2-MGG, BUN, Scr, CysC and NGAL in observation group were lower than those of control group（P 〈0. 01 ） ,while the level of serum Mg^2＋ in observation group was higher （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Reduced glutathione can significantly reduce the hepatorenal toxicity of cisplatin chemotherapy for patients with NSCLC, which is worth popularizing in clinic.
