摘  要:目前西方法学高等教育总体水平较高,不同国家的法学教育对法学专业能力和法律职业能力的培养侧重各不相同,各有特色。同西方国家相比,我国法学教育存在"教育规模大但教育质量低"、"法学人才多但职业能力弱"、"教学系统性强但开放性低"的缺点。为整体上提高我国法学教育水平,确定多层次的教学目标,走专业教育和职业教育兼顾之路,坚持以学生为中心的教学方法,是我国法学教育改革的可行路径。Tertiary Law instruction in the West is well developed, and one country is different from another in its focus on developing specially key skills and abilities. Compared with these western countries, there are still many problems in Chinese law education, to name a few, while China boasts a larger number of students of law studies and practitioners, their competence and professionalism are less adequate; in addition, the educational system is usually more closed than open-up. This paper proposes strategies to promote law education in China like erecting multilayered teaching objectives, combining disciplinarybased education with professional education, and exploring student-centered methodology, and so on.
