摘 要:随着《教师教育振兴行动计划(2018—2022年)》的出台,专科层次以上的幼儿园教师教育再次被关注,成为当前学前教育师资培养的主要来源。高专层次的学前教育专业人才培养与其他层次有着定位区别,以师范性特征为基础、强调实践导向、重视优势技能培养。基于对高专层次学前专业人才培养的定位解读,结合当前学前教育的发展需求,桂林师范高等专科学校在人才培养目标设计、课程体系构建、实践模式构建、协同育人机制形成等方面进行了多年的探索,形成了"三维一体"人才培养模式。With the introduction of Action Plan for Invigorating Teacher Education (2018-2022), great importance has been attached to the kindergarten teacher education on or above the college level. Preschool education for cultivating talents on the college level is characterized by teacher-training properties, practice-oriented curriculum modes and development of advantageous professional competence. Based on the interpretation of the orientation of cultivating talents as well as the development of preschool education , a three-dimension cultivating mode has gradually formed in Guilin Normal College due to the consistent exploration in the design of talent-cultivating goals, the construction of curriculum systems , the shape of practice modes , and the formation of collaborative education.
