摘　　要：民营企业近年来成为我国企业海外并购的主力军,通过对2007-2013年间民营企业完成的海外并购事件研究后发现,并购双方较小的文化差异和较小的并购交易规模有利于改善并购后绩效,而以获取先进技术为主要动机的海外并购财务绩效表现更差。Private enterprises have gradually become the main force of the overseas merger and acquisition of enterprises in China. Through studying the overseas M A events completed by private enterprises from 2007 to 2013, we find that smaller cultural differences and smaller scale of M A transactions are conducive to improving the performance after M A, and the financial performance of overseas merger and acquisition with the main motivation of acquiring advanced technology is worse.
