摘  要:选用开关磁阻电机作为四轮独立驱动电动汽车的驱动电机,根据电动汽车的需求,确定开关磁阻电机的设计参数。利用电磁仿真软件Ansoft Maxwell进行分析,得到磁链、电流和转子位置的关系曲线。在MATLAB中建立磁链、电流和转子位置三维查表模块,利用反插值求得电磁转矩。在MATLAB中建立电磁转矩、电流和转子位置三维查表模块。运用机械运动方程和电压平衡方程。在Simulink中搭建开关磁阻电机非线性模型。针对开关磁阻电机转矩波动大的问题,提出通过优化转子极弧系数,降低转矩波动系数。According to the requirements of electric vehicles, the design parameters of switched reluctance motor(SRM), which is as the driving motor of Four-wheel Independent Drive Electric Vehicle, are determined. The 3D look-up table module of flux, current and rotor position is established in MATLAB on the basis of getting the relationship curve of flux, current and rotor position by using electromagnetic simulation software Ansoft Maxwell. The 3D look-up table module of electromagnetic torque, current and rotor position is established in MATLAB on the basis of electromagnetic torque obtained with inverse interpolation. The nonlinear model of SRM is established in Simulink by using mechanical motion equation and voltage balance equations. In order to reduce torque ripple factor, the rotor pole-arc factor is optimized.
