保妇康栓与干扰素栓治疗宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨保妇康栓与干扰素栓治疗宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染的疗效。方法选取本院2016年10月～2017年10月收治的62例宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染患者,按照随机抽签法将所有患者分为两组,各31例,观察组采用保妇康栓进行治疗,对照组采用干扰素栓进行治疗,分析两组患者血清炎性因子变化情况、治疗效果、HPV转阴情况、临床症状改善情况以及生活质量。结果观察组患者采用保妇康进行治疗后,观察组患者血清炎性因子变化情况、HPV转阴情况和临床症状改善情况均优于对照组,观察组治疗效果和生活质量高于对照组,两组数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染的临床治疗中采用保妇康栓治疗后,患者临床症状得到明显改善,疗效优于干扰素栓,安全性高,值得应用。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Baofukang suppository and interferon suppository in the treatment of cervical human papillo- mavirus infection. Methods Sixty-two patients with cervical papillomavirus infection were enrolled in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017. All patients were divided into two groups according to random sampling method, 31 cases each. The observation group was treated with Baofu- kang suppository. Treatment, the control group was treated with interferon suppository, and the changes of serum inflammatory factors, treatment ef- fect, HPV vaginal discharge, clinical symptom improvement and quality of life were analyzed. Results After the treatment group was treated with Baofukang, the changes of serum inflammatory factors, HPV negative condition and clinical symptoms were better in the observation group than in the control group. The therapeutic effect and quality of life of the observation group were higher than the control group. The difference in group data was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion After the treatment of cervical human papillomavirus infection, the clinical symptoms of the pa- tients were significantly improved after treatment with Baofukang suppository. The curative effect was better than that of interferon suppository, which was safe and worthy of application.
