株洲市企业家发展的现状、问题与对策——202位企业家问卷调查报告

摘　　要：《中共中央国务院关于营造企业家健康成长环境弘扬优秀企业家精神更好发挥企业家作用的意见》发布后,为全面了解株洲市企业家发展现状与问题,进行了相关调查。调查共回收有效问卷202份,样本涉及株洲市与五县市的各个行业和各种经济类型各种规模的企业。以调查数据为依据指出了株洲市企业家成长环境、企业家精神与企业家作用发挥的现状与存在的问题,并对优化株洲市企业家成长环境,进一步激发企业家精神与发挥企业家作用提出了对策建议。This paper is a survey report completed in order to fully understand the status quo and problems of entrepreneurs’development in Zhuzhou after the publication of＂Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council about constructing entrepreneurs＇healthy growth environment,encouraging excellent entrepreneurial spirit and playing a better role of entrepreneurs＂.The questionnaire survey collected a total of 202 valid questionnaires.The samples involve various industries and various economic types as well as enterprises of all sizes in Zhuzhou and five counties.Based on the survey data,the report points out the status quo and existing problems of entrepreneurs＇growth environment,entrepreneurial spirit and the role of entrepreneurs in Zhuzhou.It also puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to optimize entrepreneurs＇growth environment,further stimulate entrepreneurial spirit and play the role of entrepreneurs in Zhuzhou.
