七种荞麦子叶期同工酶电泳分析

摘  要:本文通过聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对内蒙古地区七种荞麦的酯酶、过氧化氢酶同工酶进行分析,比较这七种荞麦间的亲缘关系及抗逆性强弱,结果表明:乌2与其他六种荞麦亲缘关系较远,赤1、武1和通1、通2它们之间的亲缘关系较近,通3与乌1间也有较近的亲缘关系.其中,这七种荞麦的抗逆性强弱依次为通2、通1、武1、赤1>通3、乌1>乌2.The article analyzed esterase and catalase isozymes in seven species of buckwheat which from Inner Mongolia area by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, The relationships and the strength of resistance among the seven buckwheat were compared, The results showed that the relationships between Wu 2 and other species were far, Chi 1, Wu 1,Tong 1, and Tong 2 in relationship were near with each other, Tong 3 and Wu 1 also had a close relationship. The strength of resistance among these buckwheat were Tong 2,Tong 1, Wu 1, Chi 1 〉 Tong 3, Wu 1, Chi 2 〉 Wu 2.
