摘　　要：采用MTT法研究了不同浓度的吴茱萸碱在不同时间点对人肺腺癌细胞A549增殖的抑制作用。结果表明,吴茱萸碱对A549细胞增殖有一定的抑制作用,且呈时间-剂量依赖性;吴茱萸碱对A549细胞作用72h时的IC50值最小,抑制作用相对最好;作用24h时,吴茱萸碱对A549细胞增殖的抑制作用明显优于顺铂。We studied the inhibition of different concentrations of evodiamine to the proliferation of human lung cancer cells A549 at different time points by the MTT method.The results indicate that evodiamine inhibits the proliferation of cells A549 in a time- and dose-dependent manner.The IC 50 value of evodiamine to the proliferation of cells A549 is the minimum after 72 h treatment,and the inhibition is the best.The inhibition of evodiamine to the proliferation of cells A549 is significantly better than that of cisplatin after 24 h treatment.
