摘 要:为了运行控制方便、节能高效,研发了自控间歇进水双区串联曝气反应器,进行生活污水处理试验:在室温条件下,pH=6.5~8.0,1次进水量为反应器容积的1/3,对COD容积负荷分别为1.0、1.5、2.0kg/(m^3·d)运行条件下的最佳运行工况进行了比选.结果表明,该反应器除碳脱氮的最优条件为:COD容积负荷1.5kg/(m^3·d),运行周期时间2.0h.其中,进水时间为30min,第一、二间歇曝气区曝气时间分别为70和60min,沉淀时间分别为20和30min,且第一、二间歇曝气区曝气同步进行,HRT=6.9h.在上述条件下,COD、氨氮以及总氮最终出水浓度满足50、5以及15mg/L的排放要求,其中第一间歇曝气区去除率分别为77%、86%和75%,经第二间歇曝气区的进一步去除,出水去除率平均分别为85%、94%以及83%.通过优化,运行过程实现自动化控制,一体化处理出水达标,能够更好地应用到生活污水处理中.In order to control and achieve energy saving, an automatic intermittent feeding aeration reactor with double zone series is invented to make the domestic sewage treatment test: At the condition of room temperature, pH G. 5 8.0, when water into the reactor is 1/3 volume of the reactor, the COD volume load is 1.0, 1.5, 2. 0 kg/(m3 · d) respectively. Then at the best operating conditions selected, the result shows that the optimal conditions for the removal of carbon and nitrogen are as follows: COD volume load is 1.5 kg/(m3 · d), with cycle time of operation 2. 0 h, the time of watering 30 min, the first batch aeration area aeration time 70 min. The second batch aeration area aeration time is 60 min. The sedimen tation time is 20 and 30 rain respectively, HRT 6.9 h. Under the above conditions, the final effluent concentration of COD, ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen meet the emission requirements of 50, 5 and 15 mg/L. The first intermittent aeration area removal rates are 77%, 86% and 75%. A further removal of the second intermittent aeration zone brings a re sult of 85%, 94% and 83% of the effluent removal rates. The operation process achieves automatic control and integrated standards of water. So, it can be applied in the domestic sewage treatment.
