摘  要:目的:了解高职护生对人文关怀的教学需求。方法:通过目的抽样对28名2014级和2015级高职护生进行半结构式访谈,用Colaizzi七步法进行分析。结果:高职护生对人文关怀的教学需求主要体现在三个方面:人文关怀的知识不足;人文关怀的技巧欠缺;人文关怀的意识薄弱。结论:目前高职护生的人文关怀教学亟待改善,高职院校应提升对人文关怀教学的重视,在理论教学和实践教学中都进一步融入人文关怀的元素,从而提高高职护生的人文关怀能力。Objective: To understand the teaching needs of humanistic care of higher vocational nursing students. Method: A semi-structured interview was conducted for twenty-eight 2014 and 2015 vocational nursing students by the purpose of sampling,and also analyzed by Colaizzi Seven Steps. Result: The teaching demand of humanistic care for vocational nursing students is mainly reflected in three aspects: lack of knowledge, skills and awareness with humanistic care. Conclusion: The humanistic care teaching of nursing students needs to be improved, emphasized and involved in both theoretical and practical teaching, so as to improve the humanistic care ability of higher vocational nursing students.
