《中藏经》禁忌思想探析

摘　　要：《中藏经》认为"阴阳"是人的根本,"阴阳调和"才是人体最理想的状态,要顺从阴阳,顺应自然,尊重事物发展的客观规律,才能达到阴阳调和的状态;《中藏经》提出万应丸的妊娠禁忌,使万应丸的使用注意更加全面,增强了万应丸的用药安全;提出了交藤丸不能与猪羊肉同用;提出在调配安息香丸时不要让妇女和鸡犬看到,避免尘埃晦气影响药物之精气,这其中固然有封建迷信的成分,但也从侧面反映了古人在制药时,已经有了一定的无菌消毒的概念;《中藏经》提出病证禁忌,旨在告诫临床医生在治疗疾病的时候,要注意患者的一些特殊体表变化和生理病理特性,从而辨证论治;《中藏经》提出应慎用针灸,如果不当用灸法却施灸,就使人经络大伤,火毒内蓄反害中和之气,甚至不能救治,如果不当用刺法却用针刺,就使人气血散失,机窍关节细弱萎缩;《中藏经》的养生之道一是注意生活的细节,二是强调享受物质生活应适可而止,如此才能调和阴阳达到养生的目的;《中藏经》指出违反禁忌,不恰当的运用各种治疗方法,会引发相应的疾病。According to Central Treasury Classic,yin and yang are the root of human body.Yin-yang harmonization is the most ideal state of the human body.It is necessary to comply with yin and yang,follow nature and respect the objective laws of the development of things,so as to achieve the state of harmony between yin and ang.In Central Treasury Classic,there is pregnancy taboo of Wanying Pill（ WYW）,which makes the use of WYW more comprehensive,and strengthens its safety.It also puts forward that Jiaoteng Pill（ JTP） can not be used with pork and mutton together.However,these taboos are not absolute.It is suggested that women and chicken and dogs should not be seen in the deployment of An Xi Xiang Pill（ AXXW） to avoid the influence of dust and turbidity on the essence of drugs.It is of course somewhat the composition of feudal superstition,but it also reflects the concept of aseptic sterilizing when the ancients were making the pharmacy.The disease symptom taboo in it is to warn clinicians to pay attention to some special body surface changes and physiological and pathological characteristics in the treatment of disease on the basis of syndrome differentiation.It suggests that we should be careful with acupuncture and moxibustion.Improper moxibustion can make a person seriously injured in meridians,suffer accumulation of heat and toxicity even may lead to death.Improper acupuncture may make a person lose blood and qi,suffer weak and withered apertures and joints.In terms of life-cultivation,one key is to pay attention to the details of life.The other emphasizes that the enjoyment of material life should be limited,so as to reconcile Yin and yang to the purpose of keeping health.If people violate taboos and use various inappropriate treatments,some corresponding diseases may arise.
